From the courtesy of every employee we encounter from office staff to maintenance staff, everyone is not only on top of anything that comes up, but also very nice when we are working with them. We’ve had a few issues come up that were taken care of expediently and perfectly. It’s why we continue to live here while looking for our forever home. |Recommended: YesWe love it here — We’ve been moved in about a week and have loved everything about Arbor Crossing. Maintenance has fixed a few problems within a day of putting in the request, it’s quiet, the layout of the apartment is perfect. I’m so glad I chose this property.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Been a homeowner most of my life so as I turned an age to downsize, I’ve looked everywhere in town here in Panama City and on the beach to find something that I could live with. I was very fortunate in finding Arbor Crossing because it was a brand new facility I got to tour all of the floor plans and take my time making the decision And I’m so glad I did. The amount of space I have and walking in from a two car garage with no steps is a great benefit to me. All of management staff and maintenance are very friendly and very prompt if I need something. They’ve made my transition into apartment living Barry easy and enjoyable. The layout is great and the amenities are very nice and it’s all well taken care of. It’s a bit more noise from above than I would care to have, but I think that is a fair trade off for not having to fix anything or mow any yards
